As general partner, Active Bull is responsible for the governance and oversight of the partnerships it manages, in accordance with each partnership's governing documents.

Overseeing property operations, maintenance, and capital projects so that each building is safe, well kept, and responsive to its residents.

Maintaining budgets, insurance, internal controls, and independent professional relationships appropriate to an institutional owner.
